Jillian Howden Joins Leath HR Group

Leath HR Group has welcomed Jillian Howden as a business development representative and instructor.

Howden brings more than 20 years of experience to the team at Leath HR Group, a human resources consulting and human relations leadership firm, according to a news release.

Officials said Howden will bring new business to the company and facilitate programs such as sexual and workplace harassment, multicultural awareness and career and life development.

Howden has developed outreach programs in communities such as Los Angeles over the last two decades.

She attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she double majored in social welfare and public health education.

Howden holds a masters in public administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She also obtained her teaching credential in health, family and consumer sciences, and physical education from California State University, Long Beach.

“Jillian’s professional and personal dedication to educating employers, higher education institutions, social groups, sororities, fraternities and associations on tricky topics ... will be vital to Leath HR Group’s clients who focus on prevention of bad behavior,” officials said in the release.
