Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Names Executive Vice President

Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners has announced that Mark Johnson, a commercial real estate broker, has accepted the position of executive vice president and sales manager, according to a news release.
 
Johnson will work with the firm’s sales, marketing, branding and business development in order to continue company growth, officials said of his new role with the real estate firm.
 
Johnson was formerly an executive with Fortune 500 companies and a business owner, officials said in the release.

He is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
 
Johnson is serving as the 2019 president-elect of the Realtors Commercial Alliance, officials said. He moved to the Wilmington area in 2012.
