Intracoastal Realty’s Keith Beatty Team Earns National Ranking

By Christina Haley O'Neal, posted Oct 9, 2018
The Keith Beatty Team of Intracoastal Realty earned a national ranking.

The realty group raked 129th on the list of “The Thousand Top Real Estate Teams” in the United States, as determined by REAL Trends and advertised in The Wall Street Journal, according to a news release.

Officials said that this is the fourth consecutive year for the team’s ranking, which represents both closed sales and closed listings in the 2017 calendar year. The team achieved 419 closed transactions with a total gross sales volume of $117.5 million in 2017.

Beatty attributed the success of the realty group to the diversity of his team with the properties they represent and the channels of communication they use to market. The Keith Beatty Team consists of 24 people, including on-site sales representatives, sales and listing agents and administrative support.

“We don’t chase a single price point or category of real estate, our team members don’t come from similar backgrounds, and our marketing is robust, but wide-ranging,” Beatty said in the release. “Together, our agents have a significant sphere of influence. They are different ages, come from different parts of the country and have different backgrounds. As a result, our team members aren’t stumbling over each other for the same client.”
