StepUp Wilmington has announced Sean Bynum as its first operations director, according to a news release.

Officials with Step Up Wilmington said Bynum is a “proven leader” with more than 18 years of experience.

He will oversee all StepUp Wilmington program operations and assist in the organization's continued development.

Prior to his position with StepUp, Bynum served as director of Family Ministries at The Bridge Church in Wilmington for more than two years and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
