WithersRavenel has announced that Jenny Mizelle has relocated from the firm's Cary office to its Wilmington office.

In Wilmington, Mizelle will continue to support the firm’s business development efforts in the public and private sectors, according to a news release from WithersRavenel, a civil and environmental engineering, geomatics and landscape architecture firm.

Mizelle held management positions at a variety of community development and mortgage banking companies before becoming the director of economic development for the town of Holly Springs in 1996, officials said.

In addition to managing the challenges of rapid population growth, she was responsible for the successful recruitment of Novartis Vaccines to the Holly Springs Business Park in 2006 and the establishment of the town’s first coworking space, The Coworking Station, according to the release.

She founded The Town Builders Consulting Group LLC in 2016 to provide consulting services in the areas of economic development and project management services to clients,  including WithersRavenel.

In 2017, Mizelle joined WithersRavenel full time.
