Stacy Bennett has joined Viamark Carolinas Advertising as the agency’s new marketing and design assistant, according to a news release.

Formerly a marketing strategist for Crow Creek Golf Course who has also worked closely with local real estate agents, Bennett brings a wide range of campaign strategy, market research, graphic design and advertising copywriting experience to Viamark, officials said in the release.

Bennett is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in media and journalism with a concentration in advertising.

The Wilmington-based advertising agency implemented an aggressive two-state expansion strategy in late 2016, when they invested in the Charleston, South Carolina market.

According to Viamark president, Bea Raybourne, the timing is perfect for bringing in Bennett.

“As a company, we are happy with where we are, and on target to meet our goals this year but we find that many clients are struggling to navigate the changing media landscape,” Raybourne said in the release. “Stacy deepens our creative bench. She has real-life experience working with clients to develop and implement creative tradigital advertising and marketing campaigns, and that new, innovative vision is encouraging, effective, and even comforting to clients.”
