Matthew Oelslager Joins Vantage Pointe Inc.

Vantage Pointe Inc. has welcomed Matthew Oelslager as its new assistant director, according to a news release.

Oelslager joins Vantage Pointe after nearly 15 years in the mental health field, during which time he served clients and their families, worked in suicide intervention, crisis de-escalation, and program development.

As assistant director, Oelslager will be responsible for directing New Hanover County Teen Court, assisting with training, and development and community outreach. He will help Vantage Pointe to continue to grow and better serve the community.

Vantage Pointe provides the tools, training and support to build or transform relationships.

This includes offering mediation, facilitation, and training to families, businesses, and the community.

Currently, Vantage Pointe works with families, agencies, organizations and companies in the greater Cape Fear region, including Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover and Pender counties.
