Two women with D.R. Horton Wilmington, a local real estate group, have received awards. 

Karen Evans has won the National Association of Home Builders' Silver Award for Online Sales Counselor of the Year, according to a news release. Evans qualified on a national level with only three other candidates in this category, officials said. 

Silver award winners are top vote recipients and are nominated for the gold award, which was presented during The Nationals awards ceremony in Orlando, Florida, at the group's International Builders' Show.

Evans is the online concierge for D.R. Horton Wilmington and is responsible for lead generation. 
 
Leslie McCotry (right), new home specialist with D.R. Horton Wilmington, received the Circle of Winners Gold Award for more than $10 million in real estate production last year by the Jacksonville Board of Realtors at the 2018 Installation Dinner Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville.

McCotry is the New Home Specialist for D.R. Horton's Northern Homes, The Preserve at Morris Landing in Holly Ridge and Old Dock Plantation in Sneads Ferry.
