Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has hired Brad Hunter as vice president, director of new home sales.
Hunter has been active in new homes sales and marketing for more than 21 years, seven of which were with the local realty group between 2002 and 2009, according to a press release from Coldwell Banker Seas Coast Advantage, a real estate company in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender and Onslow counties.
“We are very proud to welcome Brad back to the Sea Coast family,” Tim Milam, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, said in the release. “He is an extraordinary leader and his experience in New Homes sales is unparalleled in southeastern North Carolina. He has worked with many of the Cape Fear’s finest home builders, and is well respected in the industry.”
Hunter, a native of Raleigh, began his real estate career in 1996 and relocated to the Wilmington area in 2002. While in the Cape Fear Region, he worked exclusively for Bill Clark Homes as the on-site sales agent for numerous communities in Wilmington and Southport.
Throughout southeastern North Carolina, he also worked with a variety of local and regional new home builders, providing on-site sales and marketing support for new home communities.
“I am very excited and honored to be back at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage,” Hunter said. “It’s like coming home. I was first introduced to New Homes sales and marketing at Sea Coast and this is where I really learned about the business.”
