Marty Clyburn Named Newest Partner With Stroud And Company

Stroud and Company has announced a new member of its leadership team.

Marty Clyburn has joined Tony Stroud, president, and Melissa Barton, partner, in leading Stroud and Company LLC, according to a press release from the local accounting firm. Her primary responsibilities include corporate and partnership tax preparation.

Clyburn has worked in business litigation and business tax representation with the firm since 2011. She specializes in corporate and trust taxation, offer in compromise and cost segregation work.

Clyburn holds a bachelor’s of science in accounting and marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She is also a member of a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the AICPA and the N.C. Association of Certified Public Accountants.
