Home Care Plus recently gave BrightStar Care of Wilmington and Brunswick County a 2017 Best of Home Care-Leader in Excellence Award.
 
“The Leader in Excellence Award is the highest recognition awarded by Home Care Pulse and is given to select home care businesses that consistently rank among the very highest in 15 or more quality metrics,” a news release stated, adding that the honor means BrightStar Care ranks among the top 4-5 percent of home care providers participating in the Home Care Pulse Satisfaction Management Program.
 
“Since my background is in hospitality, I understand the importance of being accessible, providing superior customer service, and going above and beyond to take care of your customers,” Dawn Wagner, owner of the Wilmington and Brunswick County franchise, said in the release.
