Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, the largest real estate company in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender and Onslow counties, recently announced the addition of Rob Warwick as the newest member of its brokerage team.

Warwick has been a Realtor since 2014 and a consistent top producer in the firm's Wilmington-area market, according to a news release. Warwick is working in the Wilmington office of Sea Coast Advantage at its Military Cutoff location and will transfer to the firm’s new Autumn Hall office when it opens this spring.

Warwick is the son of Susan and Steve Warwick, a partner in Maus Warwick Matthews, a commercial real estate firm established in Wilmington in 1987. “I grew up in real estate,” said Rob Warwick in a news release. “My father got me interested, and I always knew I wanted to work real estate and sales.”

A fourth-generation native of Wilmington graduated from University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2010 with a degree in communications studies. He then went to work in customer service at Verizon and then in outside sales for Sun and Skin Care Research before becoming a Realtor.
