LS3P has announced that Constantine “Gus” Aretakis has joined the firm’s Wilmington office as a construction administrator. Aretakis, who earned a degree in construction management from East Carolina University, has previous project experience in construction management for an international engineering firm. His commercial work has included large-scale projects in Chile and India as well as residential work in the Wilmington area. Aretakis brings over 10 years of construction management experience and a passionate commitment to safety culture.
 
LS3P also announced that Robbie Sutton (left) is now with the firm’s Wilmington office as a construction contract administrator. Sutton earned a degree in mechanical engineering from N.C.  State University, and is also a licensed general contractor in the state. His previous professional experience includes project management for residential, commercial and government construction in the Wilmington area.
