Century 21 Sweyer & Associates, a real estate office operating out of Wilmington, recently received top regional awards at the Century 21 spring awards rally, according to a news release.
 
For outstanding sales in 2015, Century 21 Sweyer was ranked the No. 1 Century 21 in North and South Carolina in closed sales for the 12th consecutive year.
 
Century 21 Sweyer has achieved the quality service award for the past 18 years consecutively, the release stated.
 
A number of individuals from the company won awards as well.
 
Anne Arnold was ranked the No. 1 producing agent in North Carolina. Jeff Lesley was ranked the No. 2 producing agent in North Carolina. Adam Kiefer was ranked the No. 2 producing agent (units) in North Carolina. Ace of Real Estate was ranked the No. 1 producing team in North Carolina, and the Sheila Garcia Nesting Real Estate Group was ranked the No. 3 producing team in North Carolina, according to the release.
