By Jenny Callison, posted Oct 6, 2015
Two local real estate entities have expanded.

Wilkinson ERA Real Estate has enlarged its team. The firm has hired two new agents, Paula Carpenter (at left) and Marianna Staks, for its south Wilmington office. Both women will specialize in residential sales, according to a news release from broker in charge Fred Gainey.

Ashley B. Garner & Associates of Intracoastal Realty has also added two new real estate professionals to its roster, the team announced recently.

Jessica Foster (below) is a buyer specialist focusing “solely on the needs of the growing number of real estate buyers in the area,” a news release stated. Gene Uzdienski (below) has joined the team in the role of client support/development and buyer specialist.

ABG & Associates' team now consists of four licensed real estate professionals and one administrative manager.
