Teresa A. McLamb, an agent with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, has earned the nationally recognized Broker Price Opinion Resource certification, according to a news release from the agency.

“The National Association of Realtors offers the BPOR certification to Realtors as evaluating properties depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the valuation assignment from all pertinent perspectives,” the release stated.  

“As the real estate market evolves we are seeing more demand for broker price opinions, and it’s imperative that Realtors are knowledgeable and educated about how BPOs work, as well as the risks involved,” National Association of Realtors president Moe Veissi said in the release.

3 at Century 21 Sweyer achieve Centurion levels

Two Realtors with Century 21 Sweyer & Associates’ Wilmington office and one with its Holden Beach office have again earned the Century 21 system’s Centurion Producer Award for closed sales.
 
In Wilmington, Peter Sweyer earned the distinction for the third time and Regina Drury for the ninth time, according to a news release from the company. For Anne Arnold, a Realtor in the company’s Holden Beach realty, it is the fifth such award.
 
The recognition places the three agents in the top 2 percent of all Century 21 agents in the world, based on gross closed commissions.
