The nonprofit provides services for people with autism, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities and other special needs.

“I’m very proud to be associated with Easter Seals,” DeBiasi said in a news release. “Serving on the board is an amazing opportunity to work with an organization that does so much for so many people. It’s a $1.5 billion nonprofit with an international scope that is dedicated to providing care at a local level.”

DeBiasi is currently vice president at CLB Advisory, where she works with banking clients on strategic development and implementation, the release stated. She previously served as a national manager in Bank of America’s financial advisory training group, leading development and delivery of programs in corporate finance, valuation, capital structure and strategic analysis. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, health care, general contracting, financial intermediaries and service industries, according to the release.

“We are very excited to have Elizabeth serve as an international board member for Easter
Seals,” said James E. Williams Jr., president and CEO for Easter Seals. “She is dedicated to giving back, and her impressive career in the banking industry makes her a valuable addition to our organization.”
