Lauretta Returns To McKim & Creed As Project Manager

A former employee of McKim & Creed has returned to the engineering, surveying and planning firm, the firm announced recently. Nick Lauretta is now a senior project manager.
 
Lauretta, who has a degree in environmental engineering from Northern Arizona University, specializes in land development, storm water and low-impact development, the McKim & Creed news release stated. He also serves as vice chairman of the Lower Cape Fear Stewardship Development Coalition, is a state board member of the U.S. Green Building Council’s North Carolina chapter, and is treasurer of the Cape Fear Provisional Branch of the U.S. Green Building Council-North Carolina.

“Lauretta has been involved in such local projects as the Cape Fear Community College Union Station and Fine Arts Center, RiverLights, the Gavilon/Metro Ports UAN Tank projects at the North Carolina State Ports and Cape Fear Academy athletic fields,” the release stated.
 
Based in Wilmington, where it was founded in 1978, McKim & Creed is an employee-owned firm with more than 350 staff members in offices throughout the South.
