Wilmington Design Company Wins Multiple Awards

By Jenny Callison, posted Nov 25, 2014
Wilmington Design Company’s graphic work for REDIX, Atlantic Animal Hospital, Design Workshop and Cape Fear Community College were all recognized in this year’s Graphic Design USA’s American Graphic Design Awards, the local firm announced recently.

“We were happy to be recognized in such a large and prestigious competition, not one but four times this year,” Bill Hunter, president and creative director at WDC, said in the firm’s news release. “This publication features the best and most innovative firms and it is an honor to be among those for two consecutive years.”

WDC received an award last year for its work with Do Good Real Estate.

The American Graphic Design Awards honor outstanding graphic design work across a variety of media and drew more than 8,000 submissions in 2014, according to the release. Only 15 percent of those won awards.

Wilmington Design Company, at 3517 Wrightsville Ave., Suite A, offers a full range of graphic design, web design, mobile and Internet marketing services to businesses of all sizes, according to its release.
