Lamar Joins Wilmington Dermatology Center

Wilmington Dermatology Center has added a physician assistant, the practice announced in a news release.

Savana Lamar, who graduated from the physician assistant program at Wake Forest University in 2002, has joined the professional staff, which includes physician assistants Karin Hipp and Melanie Adams and board-certified dermatologist Rosalyn George, the release stated.

Lamar “has experience across various fields of medicine including internal medicine and emergency medicine, and has most recently worked in dermatology with a focus on skin cancer,” according to the release.

A North Carolina native, Lamar earned her undergraduate degree in psychology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the release stated.
