CloudWyze CEO Shawn Olsen has announced that former Fuzzy Peach executive Wells Struble has joined the Wilmington-based Internet service provider as CFO and director of operations.

Wells' new position with CloudWyze follows his successful business exit earlier in 2014, when he and his fellow co-founders sold Fuzzy Peach to a national frozen yogurt company.

The timing of Wells' entry into CloudWyze follows the company's recent capital raise, Olsen said in the release.

"Overall, he is leading the organization forward through its expected growth and expansion in Wilmington and other territories," he sadi.

"I personally thrive in the startup business environment and am thrilled to be working with other leaders at CloudWyze as we expand our business model," Wells said in the release. "Look for big announcements from CloudWyze later this year."
