Southport-Oak Island Area Chamber Swears In New Board Members

The Southport-Oak Island Area Chamber of Commerce elected five new board members at its first meeting of the 2014-15 year, according to a news release from the chamber.

The new members are: Scott Gilland, Hampton Inn Southport; Carol Magnani, The State Port Pilot; Gina Essey, an attorney; Jimmy Creech, Walmart; and Melaney Robbins, Oak Island Accommodations.
