WCFHBA Hands Out Awards

The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association recently announced the results of its Marketing Achievements Excellence (MAX) awards at The Balcony on Dock Street in downtown Wilmington.
 
The event recognized the best in media, marketing and advertising tools of Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA) members and industry professionals, according to a news release.
 
Several new categories were added to the awards list this year, including Best Social Media Campaign and Best Newsletter, the release stated. 
 
Stevens Fine Homes received the award for best print ad for a company, as well as awards for direct marketing for new home sales, logo design for new home sales, radio commercial and social media campaign for a company. It also won the Little Red Wagon Award for being the company with the most category awards. Chantel Wujtow, with Stevens, was also named Marketer of the Year.
 
Hopkins & Associates received a best print ad for new home sales award, as well as the award for Sales Team of the Year. The company’s Jimmy Hopkins was recognized with a platinum citation and an award for community involvement.
 
Logan Homes won awards for best website for new home sales, social media campaign for new home sales, newsletter for new home sales and outdoor living space, according to the release.
 
River Bluffs took home awards for best website and logo design for a company.
 
Other companies recognized with awards were: Strickland’s Window Coverings, Stephen Owens Agency, Just Perfect! Home Staging, Stephanie Gasparovic & Associates, Envision Mortgage, Forever Home, Intracoastal Realty and Alpha Mortgage Corporation.
 
Individuals honored were: Rodney Harris, Melisa Gallison, Stephanie Gasparovic and
Nicole Valentine.
