Phil Misciagno has transitioned into a leadership role at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, according to a news release.

Misciagno is now managing broker of the firm's Topsail and Sneads Ferry offices, officials said. He was previously a local agent and team building expert. 

Misciagno's new role is to accommodate the growth in those markets, stated the release.

“He is a communications expert with outstanding leadership qualities that will serve him well in his new position," Denise Kinney, senior vice president and general manager, said in the release.

Misciagno went into residential sales three years ago after serving 24 years in the Navy.
