Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Adds 2 Agents To The Wilmington Office

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has added Claudia and David Unsicker to its real estate team.
 
Claudia and David Unsicker have nearly a decade of combined experience in the industry, according to a news release.
 
“Claudia and David are educated professionals with a flawless reputation,” Alex Paen, managing broker of the Wilmington office, said in the release. “We’re proud to have them here. Their tenacious work ethic, honesty and integrity make them an excellent fit for the culture in our office.”
 
Claudia Unsicker served on her previous brokerage’s Agent Leadership Council for two years.
 
David Unsicker (right) joined Claudia Unsicker in real estate in 2015, after serving as the general manager of Taberna Country Club in New Bern, according to the release.
 
They are both graduates of the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
