Century 21 Sweyer & Associates Honors Agents With Annual Awards

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates honored several agents during its annual award ceremony.

The ceremony was held at the Landfall Country Club to honor the hard work and major accomplishments of its top agents in 2016, according to a release from the realty company.

Jeff Lesley received the companywide award for top producing agent, top sales agent, top listing agent (volume) and top listing agent (units).

Lesley was also awarded top listing agent, sales agent and producing agent of Century 21 Sweyer & Associates' Landfall office, and named to the agency's "Hall of Fame."

“I am extremely proud of the agents and their accomplishments. They each achieved their goals with the level of professionalism and quality service second to none,” Jeff Sweyer, owner of Century 21 Sweyer & Associates, said in a news release.

Century 21 Sweyer was ranked the company No. 1 in North and South Carolina in closed sales for the 13th consecutive year. The agency also received the quality service award for the 18th consecutive year.

Century 21 Sweyer had 32 agents and teams from the company ranked in the top 100 agents in North Carolina by GCC or units.

Others within the company who received awards include:
  • In the Hampstead office, the top listing agent was Angel McCurry, and the top producing and top sales agent was Sandy Thornton.
  • In the Holden Beach office, the top listing agent, top sales agent and top producing agent was Anne Arnold.
  • In the Jacksonville office, the top listing agent, top sales agent and top producing agent was Scott Morrison.
  • In the Carolina Beach office, the top listing agent, top sales agent, and top producing agent was Diana Jewell.
  • In the Downtown office, the top listing agent was Sandra Wooten, and the top sales and producing agent was Cheryl Hollis.
Additional company award winners at Century 21 Sweyer; Kelly Willis, Sandy Thornton, and Bobbi Bell received the David and Polly Sweyer "Hall of Fame" award. Leigh Saunders-Corbin received the Century 21 Sweyer rising star award. Stephanie Osborne received the Century 21 Sweyer shooting star award.
