The Greater Wilmington Business Journal recently added several people to its team.

Christina Haley O’Neal has joined the Greater Wilmington Business Journal as a reporter. Lynn Murphy is now an account executive for the Business Journal and its sister publication WILMA magazine. And Molly Jacques is design and media coordinator for both publications.

O’Neal will be reporting on regional topics, including the local economy, major employers, tech, transportation and film.

She most recently served as assistant managing editor for Port City Daily and was originally hired with the publication as a crime and courts reporter at the start of the online newspaper in 2012. Prior to working for Port City Daily, she worked at the Business Journal as an intern for more than a year, building her research and reporting experience.

O’Neal is a University of North Carolina Wilmington graduate who has lived in the Wilmington area for 14 years.

Murphy (middle right) has a lengthy history of sales experience, mostly 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry with Wyeth and Pfizer.

Previously, Muphy was with Cape Fear Community College as the school’s workforce development coordinator.

Jacques (bottom right) has worked for Wilmington Health as a patient representative, Freaker USA as an account manager and Wilmington Magazine as a graphic designer.
