Wilmington-based Thomas Construction Group has added two new employees to its operations team.
 
Kaitlyn Morgan has joined Thomas as an assistant project manager and Brandon Thigpen as a project superintendent.
 
Morgan comes to the team previously working as a project engineer with a Raleigh-based general contractor. This followed a project management internship while attending Appalachian State University with a concentration in construction management.
 
Thigpen recently joined Thomas as a project superintendent where he is responsible for directing all field staff, resources and activities necessary to successfully build the project in his charge. Thigpen is currently the on-site superintendent for a tenant improvement project at Glen Meade Center for Women’s Health for New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
 
The additions are in keeping with the firm’s continued growth in the Wilmington and Charleston markets.
