Brown Joins Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

Jennifer Brown recently joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.
 
Brown, a 10-year veteran of the Brunswick County real estate industry, is the firm's new managing broker of its South Brunswick and Holden Beach offices.
 
Brown has been a successful realtor and property manager in Brunswick County since 2005. She is also an active member of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors, according to a news release.
 
As managing broker, Brown will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the two offices, as well as overseeing agent recruiting, training and support, according to the release.
 
“Jennifer is a dynamic and successful leader and an excellent addition to the Sea Coast Advantage team,” Tim Milam, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, said in the release. “Her success in both sales and property management are a unique asset as the demand for quality property management continues to grow in South Brunswick County.”
