Wilmington Chamber Board Elects New Officers, Members

The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors recently elected Mitch Lamm as chairman of the board for 2016, as well as electing other officers and members.
 
Lamm, a Wilmington resident since 2001, is currently senior vice president of commercial banking with First Citizens Bank.
 
Lamm’s involvement with the Wilmington chamber includes serving as first vice chairman in 2015, as a former board chairman of the Wilmington Chamber Foundation and as a graduate of Leadership Wilmington, according to a news release.
 
Accompanying Lamm on the Wilmington Chamber leadership team is first vice chairman Charlie Maddox (BB&T), second vice chairman John Gizdic (NHRMC) and treasurer John Elliott (Duke Energy).
 
Other new members elected to the Wilmington Chamber Board of Directors for 2016 are: Tom Fetzer (Fetzer Strategic Partners), Neal Andrew (Andrew Consulting Engineers) and Tee Nunnelee (Coastal Beverage). Bruce Cameron IV (Cameron Management) and J.C. Smith (Live Oak Bank) will serve as the chairman’s appointments.
