As the marketing director, Henderson oversees the firm’s marketing strategy and client communications.
Throughout high school and college, Henderson held journalism internships. She began her career at a creative marketing firm in Portland, Oregon. She later held positions in the financial industry at Morgan Stanley and a small institutional money manager in Durham.
Henderson graduated with honors from Appalachian State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2009 and an MBA in 2010.
Johnson, a Wilmington native, graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University with a bachelor's degree in education with a concentration in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
Johnson was also awarded a North Carolina Teaching Fellow scholarship. She returned to the Wilmington area to serve as a teacher. While working as a teacher, she found a passion for financial literacy and later pursued a career as a financial adviser, officials said in the release.
In August 2017, Johnson began an effort to earn her MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She joined Pathfinder in June 2018.
In his role as a paraplanner, McManus (left) assists financial planners with data gathering, research, account maintenance and financial plan preparation, officials said in the release.
McManus graduated from UNCW with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance.
During his college career, McManus spent two semesters at New Hanover Regional Medical Center as a fiscal services intern.
Officials with the company said he has certifications with Bloomberg Terminal and Envestnet Institute.
