Wilmington-based South-Tek Systems recently announced a new product line of compressed air products, including compressors, dryers and filters.
According to a news release, the product line “marks a significant shift” for South-Tek Systems, a manufacturer of nitrogen generation technology, by “broadening its focus from nitrogen generation to encompass a comprehensive range of air and gas solutions.”
With the new line, the company aims to offer a “one-stop solution” for industrial end-users, distributors and original equipment manufacturers looking for reliable and high-performance compressed air systems, the release stated.
South-Tek Systems CEO Jens Bolleyer underscored the importance of launching the new products.
"This launch marks a significant step in our mission to provide unmatched control, performance and expertise," he wrote in the release. "As the leading single-source provider of gas generation and compressed air solutions, we now offer a comprehensive product suite under one brand, giving our customers the confidence of relying on one vendor and exceptional support for all their needs."
For more than 20 years, the company has designed, engineered and manufactured nitrogen generation equipment for a range of industries and uses. In 2018, Pfingsten Partners LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm, acquired the business.
The company’s new line of compressors is designed for maximum efficiency and durability, offering reliable performance with low maintenance costs. The line’s dryers and filters aim to ensure clean, dry air, protecting equipment and optimizing system performance, the release stated.
"We are thrilled to expand our product offerings and provide our customers with a comprehensive compressed air solution," Dustin Parscal, South-Tek Systems’ national sales manager, wrote in the release. "This expansion allows us to better serve our customers and streamline their operations by offering a single source for all their mission-critical air and gas requirements."
The company’s new product line will formally launch on April 27 at the Association of Independent Compressor Distributors tradeshow in Louisville, Kentucky.
