Wilmington-based nCino has announced new appointees to its executive leadership team. 

SimpleNexus-founder Matt Hansen was named chief product officer, responsible for managing nCino’s global product development and engineering organization. Hansen founded SimpleNexus in 2011, a subsidiary of nCino, and was its CEO for over a decade. 

There, Hansen “executed an ambitious, long-term vision of developing mobile-first technology for the modern mortgage lender to streamline the path to homeownership and address key industry pain points while preserving lender flexibility and efficiency,” according to an nCino release. 

SimpleNexus has a new CEO, Ben Miller, who co-founded the company “and has played a critical role in scaling the business into the leading digital homeownership software company in the U.S., serving more than 300 independent mortgage banks (IMBs), over 100 banks and credit unions and more than 49,000 loan originators nationwide,” the release states. 

nCino also has a new chief market officer, Jaime Punishill, who will replace Jonathan Rowe, who is taking on a new role with the company. Punishill most recently worked for Lionbridge, a translation and relocation business.
