Tech Association Begins Monthly Jobs Snapshot

By Cece Nunn, posted Feb 9, 2018
NC Tech (formerly the N.C. Technology Association), a not-for-profit, membership-driven trade organization, has launched a new monthly snapshot of available IT positions in the state, broken down in several ways, including Top 10 listings by MSA, job type, skill set and employers.

This monthly Tech Talent Trends Alert, sponsored by Greene Resources, will be released in the latter half of each month with a snapshot of the previous month, as well as a rolling 12-month chart of total IT job openings such that trends can be observed, according to a news release.

NC Tech “is pleased to offer this dashboard of talent data to employers and tech professionals alike,” said Brooks Raiford, CEO of NC Tech, in the release.

Gary Greene, CEO of Greene Resources, said that “as a North Carolina- based recruiting firm focused on sourcing and attracting tech talent for N.C. employers, we see first-hand the vibrancy of North Carolina’s technology job market.”

The reports are available online at nctech.org.
