Residents have started moving into a 250-unit upscale apartment community at Riverlights, where 20% of the units have already been leased, according to a recent news release.

Mosby at Riverlights, 4027 Watercraft Ferry Ave., features one-, two- and three-bedroom units in four buildings near the Cape Fear riverfront.

The rent range as of Monday was from about $1,100 to $2,636 per month.

A property of Vienna, Virginia-based firm Middleburg Communities, Mosby is connected to the riverfront and Riverlights' Marina Village, park and marina via pathways and boardwalks.

“Mosby at Riverlights offers a level of quality and finish that will appeal to those who choose to rent and still take full advantage of the natural setting, river access and nearby amenities that go with living in the 1,400-acre Riverlights community,” said Duane Woolridge, Middleburg Communities president, in the release.

Mosby at Riverlights amenities include a resort-style pool with outdoor cabanas, an 8,000-square-foot, two-level clubhouse with terraces, a dog park, pet spa and more.

The release stated that the architect, interior designer and landscape architect for Mosby at Riverlights is Cline Design Associates. Middleburg Construction is the general contractor and McKim & Creed is providing civil engineering services.

In addition to Mosby at Riverlights, more upscale apartments are on the way to the master-planned community. Argento at Riverlights is expected to include 286 units on 17 acres.

The site for Argento is within a 120-acre mixed-use portion of Riverlights.

Argento is also expected to contain a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and numerous amenities. The developer is Indiana-based Sterling Development.
