Opening Date Set For Fuel Fitness At Mayfaire

Fuel Fitness, a health club taking over the 13,000 square feet vacated by O2 Fitness at Mayfaire Town Center, is expected to open Dec. 27, according to a Mayfaire announcement.

Shawn Stewart, CEO and owner of Fuel Fitness, said in a release, “This club will feature a large variety of group fitness classes, cardio strength equipment, large turf areas for functional training, cycle studios and kids’ clubs. A recovery lounge (called the Refuel Lounge) will offer hydro massage, a cryotherapy lounge chair, compression technology, theragun stations and more features for pre-and post-exercise recovery."

The gym will also include a HIIT Studio called AMP, Athletic Movement & Performance, the release stated.

Fuel Fitness offers different membership levels, from Basic Access to VIP, and doesn’t require a long-term commitment.  Pre-sales are underway. Individuals can learn about Fuel Fitness and lock in discounted membership rates for a limited time, according to the release.

Mayfaire Marketing Director Paige Coniglio said Fuel Fitness is "passionate about health and wellness and excited to help the community reach their fitness goals.”

Fuel Fitness, 980 Town Center Drive, is expected to be open 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Friday; 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
