Bitty & Beau’s Coffee keeps brewing up new locations. The Wilmington-based company that “reinvented the coffee experience” has opened another of its unique shops, this one at nCino’s world headquarters, 6770 Parker Farm Drive at Mayfaire.

Amy and Ben Wright opened the first shop in 2016 with the goal of changing the way people with disabilities are viewed – especially in the workplace. The Wrights named the shop after two of their children who have Down syndrome

“Eighty percent of people with disabilities don’t have jobs, and we’re out to change that,” Amy Wright said in a news release announcing the new location, the 24th. “Not just by providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities, but by showing our guests what’s possible.”

“If business is about anything, it’s about innovation,” Ben Wright said. “We are constantly striving to innovate our systems and processes around people with disabilities and we take great pride in partnering with nCino, whose commitment to innovation has made it the world leader in cloud banking.”

The nCino location is open only to nCino employees and guests.

Pierre Naudé, nCino’s CEO, sees it as a perfect fit for his company, which also continues to grow in what a coffee lover might describe as “grande” fashion.

“At nCino, one of our core values is Respect Each Other,” Naudé said. “We love Bitty & Beau’s not only because they have great coffee, but because of their mission to help people with disabilities become more valued and respected in their communities.

“Like Bitty & Beau’s, nCino was also founded in Wilmington, and we are excited to partner with another local business,’ Naude said. “We can’t wait to start our mornings with Bitty & Beau’s.”
