KBT Realty Group, a Keller Williams Innovate team, has been selected as the exclusive seller's agent for JD Signature Homes' new home developments in Wilmington, according to a news release.

"This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both companies," the release stated.

JD Signature Homes has multiple residential development projects under construction in the Wilmington area, with two luxury homes in Landfall, five remaining single-family homes/homesites in The Reserve at Ashewood in Hampstead and an upcoming townhome community of Port City Preserve, according to the release.

Port City Preserve, located in Wilmington’s Masonboro Loop area, will offer 16 luxury executive townhomes with six floor-plan options, the release stated.

Wilmington-based KBT Realty Group "brings years of experience and a deep understanding of the local market trends to the partnership. As the exclusive seller's agent, KBT Realty Group will be responsible for marketing, sales, and customer service for JD Signature Homes' new developments," according to the release.
