Residential real estate agency Century 21 Collective has a new office in Oak Island.
According to a news release, co-founders Lindsey Jenkins and Stephen Votino
(pictured below) bought 300 Country Club Drive in Oak Island for their new office, formerly the original Century 21 office in the Brunswick County beach town.

“Jenkins and Votino purchased the office building, and in September 2023 joined forces with Lynda Haraway, an award-winning Century 21 agent who was a top producer for the original Oak Island franchise,” the release stated.
Jenkins, who started selling real estate in 2017, stated in the release, “Lynda is a Century 21 icon.”
Haraway brought a team of 12 seasoned agents, quickly growing the firm and its reach. Votino is a Century 21 CEO from Raleigh.
Century 21 Collective works with homebuyers and sellers throughout North Carolina, including Brunswick County, Wilmington, the Triad and the Triangle.
“Its team of 28 brokers from diverse backgrounds covers a wide range of industry specialties from luxury real estate and vacation homes to first-time buyers and commercial real estate,” the release stated. “They even have a team dedicated to military relocation, working with military families in Jacksonville, Goldsboro, Fayetteville and other active bases.”
The release also stated that Century 21 Collective has six companies throughout Raleigh, Charleston, Charlotte and Fayetteville and a separate commercial division with three dedicated commercial brokers.
