Real Estate Agents Form New Century 21 Franchise In Brunswick County

By Staff Reports, posted Jul 27, 2022

Three real estate industry professionals recently formed a new real estate franchise focused on Brunswick County.

Agents Lindsey Jenkins (pictured below, from left), Lisa Myers and Stephen Votino are the owners of Century 21 Collective, opening an Oak Island office July 15 at 8903 E. Oak Island Drive, Suite 2, according to a news release.

Votino, who is also one of the owners of Century 21 Triangle Group and Century 21 Providence in Charlotte, said in the release, “We will provide residential and commercial sales and leasing services with a team of brokers with decades of combined experience on the coast of NC.”

He said the opportunity to partner with Jenkins and Myers, “was something I could not pass up."

Jenkins said in the release that growing Century 21 in Brunswick County “has been a goal of mine since I started selling real estate in 2017.”

Caryn Walsh (pictured at right) is the broker in charge of the franchise. She has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including working as a real estate paralegal and as a substitute real estate licensing teacher, the release stated.

Walsh was born and raised in Brunswick County and graduated from North Brunswick High School, according to the release.

She said in the release, “To me, Century 21 Collective is simply just coming back home."
