Brokers are starting to seek commercial tenants for a mixed-use development coming to central Brunswick County.

According to a news release, Wilmington-based real estate firm Sun Coast Partners Commercial is representing the commercial component of Brecourt Manor, a 77-acre project at the intersection of U.S. 17 and N.C. 211.

The development, expected to be finished next year, is set to include over 500 multi-family and single-family residences alongside a 19-acre commercial section “designed to meet the needs of businesses and residents alike,” the release stated.

According to the release, the commercial area of Brecourt Manor, proposed to be anchored by a major grocery store, holds outparcels ranging from 1 to 4 acres, available for purchase, ground lease or build to suit.

“Brecourt Manor represents a tremendous opportunity for businesses to be part of a thriving and growing community,” said Mason Watkins, broker at Sun Coast Partners Commercial. “With the continued residential expansion in the area, businesses locating here will be at the center of a vibrant market with incredible potential for success.”

Sun Coast broker David Summerlin said of the project, “The infrastructure is already in place, which means businesses can hit the ground running.”
