Coastal Lugging, a moving and junk removal company, recently bought a building in Leland Innovation Park for $880,000, according to an announcement from Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners.
A separate news release from the Wilmington-based commercial real estate firm announced that a retail/flex building in Belville is fully leased with the addition of its newest tenant.
Coastal Lugging purchased 9201 Industrial Blvd. NE, which is zoned IG (general industrial) and includes a 7,500-square-foot buidling. Drew O'Reilly of CBC Sun Coast Partners represented the buyer and the seller.
Buying the property aligns with Coastal Lugging's growth objectives, the announcement stated.
According to another CBC announcement, the 7,500-square-foot retail/flex structure at 59 Waterford Business Center Way, which has four units, has reached maximum occupancy after being joined by Splish Splash Dog Wash.
Other tenants include Fitness Forward and Jaquot Tanning. Wheelz Pizza is set to join the center this summer, according to the release.
“We’ve had a number of Leland customers who have to drive over the bridge to our 17th Street location, so we are excited to be able to expand into Leland and service the growing community there,” stated Paul Parker, owner of Wheelz Pizza, in the release.
The lease transactions were facilitated by Don Harley and Mason Watkins, also of CBC Sun Coast Partners.
Correction: This version corrects the town where 59 Waterford Business Center Way is located.
