Patriot Roofing & Exteriors earned MAX! Awards, an annual event hosted by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA).

"The MAX! Awards, which stand for Marketing Achievement Excellence, celebrate exceptional achievements in new home sales and marketing within the local building industry," according to a Patriot Roofing & Exteriors news release. "With over 30 categories, these awards recognize outstanding efforts from builders, real estate agents, and affiliated professionals across the region."

This year, Patriot Roofing & Exteriors earned four awards:

Best Marketing Promotional Campaign (Non-Builder) — "This campaign not only highlighted the importance of quality gutter systems in home maintenance but also supported affordable housing solutions for families in need. For every 50 gutter systems purchased, the company donated one system to a Habitat for Humanity house, contributing to the construction of safe and sustainable homes. The campaign’s success not only raised awareness about affordable housing but also helped make a tangible difference in the local community."

Best Video Marketing (Non-Builder)
"In the highly competitive category of Best Video Marketing (Non-Builder), Patriot Roofing & Exteriors stood out for its innovative content across social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube and Facebook. By integrating stunning drone footage, customer testimonials and viral music trends, the company achieved remarkable success in engaging its audience. Their organic, creative approach resulted in a 776% increase in social media video views and a significant boost in brand visibility."

Best Social Media Campaign (Non-Builder): "The company successfully created a consistent and recognizable brand identity, showcasing their craftsmanship, professionalism, and commitment to the community. Through authentic storytelling and strategic content planning, Patriot Roofing achieved record-breaking growth and engagement across its social platforms."

The Professional of the Year award went to Stephanie Bolton, owner of Patriot Roofing & Exteriors.

"Stephanie, who had no idea she was nominated, was recognized for her outstanding leadership and remarkable impact on the industry. Under her direction, Patriot Roofing & Exteriors has grown significantly, doubling its workforce in just one year, despite the industry’s ongoing labor shortages," according to the release. "Stephanie’s strategic business initiatives, dedication to employee growth, and commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment have been key to the company’s success."
