The 8,000-square-foot space is anticipated to be complete in 10 to 12 months, Robbins said, adding that a local builder and subcontractors have been selected.
The construction is up for review Wednesday during the New Hanover County Technical Review Committee (TRC) meeting at 2 p.m. at 230 Government Center Drive, Suite 110, according to county documents.
