Cal Morgan Named To State Appraisal Board

Local commercial real estate appraiser Cal Morgan has been appointed to the N.C. Appraisal Board, according to a news release.

Morgan, owner of JC Morgan Co., was appointed by N.C. House Speaker Tim Moore, stated the release.

JC Morgan Co. is a real estate appraisal, consulting and litigation support services firm.

Morgan has served on the N.C. Property Tax Commission from 2013-2017 and currently serves as chairman of the city of Wilmington Board of Adjustment.
