She regularly checks Mayfaire retail and restaurant social media channels and enjoys Instagram live shows hosted by national fashion blogger and stylist Lilliana Vazquez.
 
Coniglio’s podcast picks provide self-help, motivation and business advice. “The social audio app Clubhouse is a one-stop-shop platform that I listen to for a variety of personal and professional subject matter that resonates with me.”
 
Favorite TV shows to decompress include Yellowstone, and the channels HGTV and Food Network as well as Carolina Panthers games.
 
Favorite gadgets include a photography box or ring light with tripod for product images, vlogging and video calls.
 
While technology has helped her stay connected, Coniglio said it’s been nice getting back to in-person events.
 
“Getting together in person has real power. Organizations like Cape Fear CREW and Greater Wilmington Business Journal Power Breakfasts keep me informed, engaged and connected with industry peers.”
