A new construction and real estate cleaning and repair service has launched in Wilmington, according to a press release.

Taylor King is the CEO and owner of Taylored Construction Services, providing cleaning, pressure washing and other services to the real estate and building industries.

According to the release, King has worked in the real estate and construction industry locally for the past five years. This includes work at Alpha Mortgage Corp., Majestic Kitchen & Bath Creations and Guy C. Lee Building Materials in Sneads Ferry.

“I'm focused on building an in-house team dedicated to top-notch customer service and exceeding customers’ expectations with our quality and on-time delivery of services,” King said.

For builders, Taylored can handle small-ticket items at the end of a new build. For Realtors, it can work on items prior to a property listing. This includes hardware work, light and receptacles, paint touch-ups, cabinet and drawer inspections, plumbing checks, drywall patching and more.

King is also the director of the Wilmington-Cape Fear chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). The organization aims to provide education, community and advocacy for women in the construction industry.
