Cape Fear CREW Announces 2025 Board Of Directors

Cape Fear CREW, an organization for women in commercial real estate in the Cape Fear region, has named its 2025 Board of Directors.

According to a news release, Cheryl Moody of Atlantic Shores Environmental Services Ltd. will succeed Sue Meier of Copycat Print Shop, a division of Duncan-Parnell, as president of the chapter.

Moody stated in the release, “Sue has been an excellent leader within our chapter and I look forward to continuing to work with her on the board to further Cape Fear CREW’s mission of advancing the success of women in commercial real estate. We provide networking, education and professional growth for the 100+ women and men in our chapter.”

In addition to Moody and Meier, the 2025 Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Board of Directors includes:
  • President-Elect: Heather Evans, Salt Air, Inc.*      
  • Secretary/CREW Network Delegate: Mary Moss, Magnolia Title Company, LLC*
  • Treasurer and CREW Network Delegate: Brittany LaValley, Paul Davis Restoration
  • At Large/CREW Network Delegate: Michelle Marks, LS3P
  • At Large: Susan Arredondo, Cameron Management*
*Returning Director

The Cape Fear chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), is one of over 80+ chapters or global affiliate groups of CREW Network.
