Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently announced that Michael Medina has been named director of broker services.

According to a news release, Medina has served as the managing broker for the Topsail and Sneads Ferry offices for the past two years and prior to that, he served as the company’s first manager in training, as well as a top-producing agent in the firm’s Jacksonville market.

"In this newly established position, Medina will explore company-wide initiatives for implementing new products, expanding resources and streamlining processes to ensure the firm continues to provide the highest level of service and reinforces its success as a leader in the industry," the release stated. "He will also work closely with the managing brokers to support them in their day-to-day operations and activities."

Prior to launching his real estate career in 2020, Medina was a staff sergeant serving as an expeditionary firefighting and rescue specialist in the United States Marine Corps, the release stated. He is supported by his wife, Hali, and sons Mason and Max, according to the release.

“We are excited for Michael to utilize his knowledge, experience and proven success as a managing Broker,” stated Denise Kinney, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in the release. “His tenacity to find the right answer, research any topic, and solve any problem that heads his way made him a great choice to continue to grow with the company. We are confident that his background combined with his ingenuity will enable us to provide our agents with even more resources, tools, and the best support available.”
