Denise Kinney, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, recently announced that Amy Helm has been named professional development director.

“Amy’s experience and knowledge combined with her tenacious work ethic and commitment to our agents will have significant impacts,” Kinney stated in a news release.

In her new role, Helm will develop and implement programs for newly licensed agents as well as seasoned Realtors, compile courses on specific topics of interest, assemble panel discussions with top agents to share their knowledge and experience and coordinate national speakers and training events, according to the release.

A graduate of the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Helm has over 20 years of real estate experience, with the past 15 years being at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, the release stated. She has previously served as the managing broker in the firm’s Hampstead office and was also a top-producing agent.

In addition, she is a licensed real estate educator for the state of North Carolina and an instructor with Sea Coast Real Estate Academy, according to the release.

“I am looking forward to this opportunity, which will utilize both my passion for real estate and my love of teaching,” Helm stated in the release. “Real estate is more than transactions – it’s about trust, transformation and building better communities. I’m equally passionate about helping agents grow through education, empowering them to lead with confidence and purpose in a constantly evolving industry."
